Mr. Maddox has an extensive background in Alarm Management Software / Services; over the past 25 years Maddox has helped over a thousand customers improve situation awareness through alarm management, HMI design, and control room design. Steve has participated in solutions development for over 800 refinery, chemical, utilities, and gas companies and 50 pipeline operations addressing the PHMSA regulations for Control Room Management. He joined UCDS in 2011 as the sales director, today he identifies customer requirements, helps them to understand best practices, works with business partners, and marketing to help solve issues that can be linked to operator performance and operational discipline.
